What can I say that hasn't been said before!
To all of the fantastic people that make the experience of EASYPET what it is - Trudie, Steve, Sam, Sandy & Marty - it's such a pleasure to deal with such genuine, honest people who care about you as the customer, your precious cargo, whether it be a Cat, Rabbit or a Dog (2 Persian Cats in our case!) and also about their business and how it's run- and can I say it's run brilliantly!
If only there were more business' out there like EASYPET, the world would be a far better place!
1st Rate Customer Service like I can only imagine you used to get in the "Good Old Days!"
I contacted Trudie after finding the EASYPET website as we were moving back to the UK after 4 years in Spain and simply couldn't leave our wee bundles of joy Max & Joey behind - as you can imagine the hassle of moving countries is stressful enough but to have all the pet worries fully taken care and i mean FULLY!, simply freed up time to get all the other stuff done, which was just what we needed.
Trudie advised of the accommodation to place Max & Joey in whilst also organising the required "EU Pet Passports" for our Cats - all we had to do was simply take them down to the Vets and the rest was done for us! - Simple!
Door to Door delivery within 2 days from Spain to UK! - AMAZING! - and the value for money?
like most of us you couldn't put a price on your pets well-being, but the price we paid was extremely reasonable!
especially given the credit crunch and recent economic crisis which affects us all!
Steve and Sam collected Max & Joey on Friday Morning from the Vets in Spain and they then both arrived safely on the Sunday Morning here in Scotland being delivered by the very friendly Sandy & Marty at exactly the time we had agreed. Not only this but the updates i received throughout the 2-Day journey was really mind settling and made you feel totally at ease knowing that your wee precious cargo was travelling safely across Europe - I received a total of 8 texts from Trudie, just informing me how the boys were settling down, where abouts they were, how far from the next border, estimated times of arrival etc... It was just so comforting and re-assuring and also kept the wife happy more importantly! - Thanks again for that Trudie!
I'm amazed at how settled the boys are already, and they've only been back in the house for 4 hours!
the way to travel if you're a pet is OVERLAND - NOT in the air! - totally stress free and it shows!
We don't plan on moving back to Spain anytime soon but If we ever do I'll 100% definitely be using EASYPET again, I've already recommended this company to many of our friends with pets in Spain and here in the UK who are considering moving and would require pet transfer - just like anything, people will always have reservations about things but let me assure you, in using EASYPET, you have not a care in the world and and neither for that matter does your precious pet!

Hello Trudie.
Just a note to formally thank all of you at EASYPET for all your help in getting Pudi and his harem home to Barnsley. They have all had time to get used to their surroundings now and, after having slept soundly for many hours, are now beginning to look as if they're truly at home again. Obviously, they haven't been let out into the garden yet, but keep sitting on the window cills looking out longingly! Unfortunately, they're going to experience a little upheaval again at the weekend when they have to go into local kennels while we return to Spain to collect the dogs, but at least it's only a short visit and they'll know where they are when they come back.
I truly am very grateful for your support and assistance at every stage of the transportation process, right through from the initial planning stage up to final handover. Particularly reassuring was the stream of texts which came through keeping us informed about their exact whereabouts whilst in transit.
Should the situation arise, we would obviously not hesitate to recommend your services to any of our friends who might be considering a return.

Just wanted to send this to add to your testimonials!
Zizzy was delivered to us in Spain last night (Friday), and less than 24hours later he is sprawled on our bed looking very relaxed and not at all like a cat that left home on Wednesday!
I was so worried for Ziz as he is such a scaredy cat, but he has obviously been looked after on his travels and is not at all stressed now. I can highly recommend your service for anyone with a sensitive kitty like Ziz. Also, he's long-haired and the drivers had the air-con on all the way, even when Clarke picked him up in Torquay.
