We finally have internet connection!
I just wanted to send you a thank you for looking after our little fluffies so well. They looked fabulous when we picked them up from Karl at the cattery and didn't seem any the worse for wear from their 'ordeal'. I hope they didn't cause the guys too much trouble during the trip as I know how vocal they are when travelling. They are obviously now very seasoned travellers as they didn't make a single noise when we drove them home from the cattery - amazing! Thank you once again - it was such a relief to be constantly reassured of their progress and know they were in good hands.
I will definitely be recommending you to anyone else planning the same stressful event!!

Just got back online and wanted to say thank you to you and all your colleagues who assisted in getting N & F to us here in Norfolk. They arrived 24 hours ahead of schedule, in very good condition, they settled in so well they were able to access outdoors within 2 days, and haven´t looked back since. We had so many concerns about using this form of transport but you were right, they were fine, and not nearly as stressed as travelling by air.

I can't believe they have settled down here so quickly, all calm, have eaten cuddled and slept. Biskit is the most desperate
to get out in the fresh air, but will just have to wait. Pickles is Mr indoors so he has already played with his toys and
Mallow is amazingly calm watching out the windows. They have done well, Biskit and Mallow were the wildest of
campo kittens when we got them, so the changes we have seen in them and the way they have coped with their adventure is wonderful. We are delighted to have them back with us.

I am not planning a return to Spain, but will certainly recommend you to others.
