What can I say! My cats were so chilled out by the journey that I'm surprized they didn't arrive wearing Kiss me quick hats and with a cocktail in each paw. I have been utterly delighted with your service and am just about to e-mail someone who will be transporting their dog back to England to let them know it couldn't have gone better.

no doubt learning 'cat spanish' as we speak!

Thanks for all your kindness & support during the move back to England. You & Steve really took all the pressure out of a very stressful time for me. At least I didn’t have to worry about the cats as I knew they were in safe hands!

I would like to thank you so much for providing such a wonderful service. Toffee arrived, safe and sound, in Manchester on 15/01/05. She didn't appear to be in the least bit traumatised by her journey and has settled really well. Thanks to Steve for keeping us informed of her progress through out the journey. It really made all the difference knowing that Toffee was well and in safe hands. I don't suppose we shall require your services again but, wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

I would like to thank you and your team for the safe transportation of my precious cat. I know you are aware that I was distressed on Monday, but now that he is happily in Aylesbury I can relax. I spoke to my cousin last night and he had had a meal and was purring, so obviously he has not suffered any adverse effects.

We finally have internet connection!
I just wanted to send you a thank you for looking after our little fluffies so well. They looked fabulous when we picked them up from Karl at the cattery and didn't seem any the worse for wear from their 'ordeal'. I hope they didn't cause the guys too much trouble during the trip as I know how vocal they are when travelling. They are obviously now very seasoned travellers as they didn't make a single noise when we drove them home from the cattery - amazing! Thank you once again - it was such a relief to be constantly reassured of their progress and know they were in good hands.
I will definitely be recommending you to anyone else planning the same stressful event!!

I was very worried about them taking that journey without someone familiar to be with them. Your daily updates by text and phone reassured me no end and that, and your pre-travel service were superb.
I would not hesitate in highly recommending your excellent service to anyone.
B & S are now settled into their new home and have thoroughly explored all the nooks and crannies... and the top of the wardrobe!
