Firstly my apologies for taking so long to em my thanks for the brilliant service we received from both you, Steve & his son..
I truly feel all 3 of you appreciate and understand how important a pet is as a member of someone's family and the concern we feel when we make all their decisions for them! I think Heskey had a wonderful journey with Steve & Sam and only wish I had a camera ready when they arrived at the pet check in @ Calais. As they drove around the corner there were 3 heads looking through the windscreen - the middle one being Heskey.
I know he enjoyed his trip because after he gave us a cursory greeting he went to jump back in Steve's van.
Anyway, thank you for everything (particularly your wonderful attention to detail, accommodation of our slightly different needs and updated texts during Heskey's journey).
We had a wonderful few days near Le Touquet with Heskey - beautiful beaches and masses of sunshine.
I know Heskey is glad to be home out of the heat and has been spoilt so far with many long walks in the kinder weather.
I will always recommend you and have sung your praises several times already.

family after 3 months of uncertainty. I'm not sure how we would have managed to get him to the UK without your expertise
