Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and Lady. Lady has settled in very well with no problems her nerves are about 90% better I just keep telling her its over now and this is forever. I absolutely adore her and she adores me too. Lady doesnt leave my side if I move she moves (I cant even have a wee without her by my side). When I go out and come back the way she greets me I can't put into words she goes absolutely mad as if to tell everyone my mummys back.
I bathed her Sunday evening and have been brushing her every day although she has lost weight in November she weighed around 3kg, she is now 2 and a half I need to register her with a vet and ask for advice about her diet. In Spain she was feed dried biscuits I have been giving her Bakers which Steve said he gave her, shes only eating about 20 little bits of these a day she puts them in her mouth then drops them! I think its just a case of being bored if I give her treats she eats them all up. As I am sending you this message she is asleep at my feet.
Trudie, I just want you to know how grateful I am. Not only are you very professional but you certainly know your stuff with regards to the Rules and Regulations about bringing an animal to England. Its been a long seven months and I don't think I would have coped without your kind help, guidance and support. No phone call or email was ever too much for you and your response was always positive and prompt.
Thanks again Trudie and Steve, I'll keep in touch and let you know her progress.

My boy Boo arrived on the Costa last night. It was fantastic to see him, I think he felt the same way too!
He was on fine form, couldn´t stop wagging his tail all night. Have had a lovely first day together, he seems really relaxed and happy. I wouldn´t hesitate to recommend you. It is such a relief to have him back - he's had a good feed and is hopping in and out of my sister's place and running around the lawn no trouble, tail wagging. No doubt he'll be sulking and not speaking to me tomorrow for leaving him in Spain for so long. But he's going to be fine - once we've got home to Durham (tomorrow) and been across the road to bark at the sheep and the ducks he'll be back to his old self . It was lovely knowing Steve and his son had taken such good care of him on that marathon trip. And thanks for keeping in touch all the time with those good honest updates. Anyone who uses your services will be getting the best possible deal.

Dear Trudie,
Just to let you know that Menara and Razzo have settled in really well.
They arrived on Friday earlier than expected.
I had to beat the land speed record to get home after the phone call to say they were only 15mins away!
As expected they were really nervous and worried, as they have only ever known an idyllic farm location in southern Spain. However, after the lads helping me to get them into the kitchen, they soon remembered me.
Your guys are fantastic, they were really concerned about them both being so nervous and were ready to pass on some handy tips, but both were amazed at how quickly they calmed down when I put their harnesses on. In truth, I was a bit shocked!
After your guys left, we went out for a walk - to avoid any accidents, but nothing happened other than a lot of sniffing and worrying about all the new sights and sounds.
Neither have looked like using the house as a loo and they seem very settled already. Their main worries seem to be meeting new dogs and pensioners for some reason, but both are already more relaxed and getting the swing of things.
Can I thank you and your team Trudie, because without you being so professional and caring, I think it could have been a much worse experience for them.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else having to do the same. Keep up the good work!

They have settled in really well and it is as if they have never been away from us.
I have no doubt that part of the reason for them being so good relates to the way that they were treated and transported by your Company. They were not at all distressed when they arrived and have eaten and slept well since.
When I contacted you about their imminent departure from Spain I was totally stressed by the arrangements that I thought I would have to make. As Geoff and I were already in England we were even contemplating a trip back to Spain to sort the arrangements. You took my stress away completely and dealt with all the arrangements for me.
You have kept me informed every step of the way, even giving me the location of the dogs on route. Your driver arrived promptly in the early hours of Thursday morning and would not even accept a cup of tea as he was conscious that there were other owners still waiting for their pets.
