We finally have internet connection!
I just wanted to send you a thank you for looking after our little fluffies so well. They looked fabulous when we picked them up from Karl at the cattery and didn't seem any the worse for wear from their 'ordeal'. I hope they didn't cause the guys too much trouble during the trip as I know how vocal they are when travelling. They are obviously now very seasoned travellers as they didn't make a single noise when we drove them home from the cattery - amazing! Thank you once again - it was such a relief to be constantly reassured of their progress and know they were in good hands.
I will definitely be recommending you to anyone else planning the same stressful event!!

Hello Trudie and all at Easypet
A belated but no less sincere thank you for the safe delivery of Bubble & Squeak from Spain back to Lincoln last week.
I was very worried about them taking that journey without someone familiar to be with them. Your daily updates by text and phone reassured me no end and that, and your pre-travel service were superb.
I would not hesitate in highly recommending your excellent service to anyone.
B & S are now settled into their new home and have thoroughly explored all the nooks and crannies... and the top of the wardrobe!

Just got back online and wanted to say thank you to you and all your colleagues who assisted in getting N & F to us here in Norfolk. They arrived 24 hours ahead of schedule, in very good condition, they settled in so well they were able to access outdoors within 2 days, and haven´t looked back since. We had so many concerns about using this form of transport but you were right, they were fine, and not nearly as stressed as travelling by air.

First of all, many thanks for the safe transportation of Arnold at the end of January to Taggs Island. He arrived in excellent shape, and you would never have known he had been on the road for 2 days. So much better than flying.
We enquired about Pooch last month. To confirm that she will be able to travel into the UK on the 30th April. What is your closest transfer date from Spain to this date?
