aopologies for not speaking to you sooner, but our computer has been out of action, came back from the doctors yesterday!!
I just wanted to thank you for the care you took over bringing Poppy home to us, as you know I was really worried about her because of her nervousness, but I know now that that was not necessary, Poppy was looked after extremely well and survived her journey with no bad after effects, in fact she doesnt seem as nervous as she was, maybe the journey had something to do with it, she had to mix with other animals which has obviously done her some good. so, once again thank you very much for bringing Poppy home to us.

Thank you so much for taking good care of our dogs (jubee and elsa) and for getting them back to Durham safely.
We really appreciate the way they were handled and looked after during their journey and are glad to have two very healthy happy dogs back home with us! Its been a few weeks now since they were brought back to us but we have just got up and running on the internet and i thought i have to send our thanks for all your help and good service.

First of all can I thank you most sincerely for the superb and effortless way you transported Bonnie & Hogan recently to Spain and of course back again.
I know Steve was slightly wary of taking on board two Dobermans but the dogs soon realised that he wasn't that tasty and actually grew to like him.
Your driver Steve was exceptional and very helpful especially when it was discovered that one of the pet passports was wrong.
As you know we have already made another booking with Easypet for September and I would without hesitation recommend your services to anyone who wants to use a pet carrier.
In fact you have my permission to use this letter in your advertising if you so wish.
